These terms apply to the software products (plugins, modules) and online services offered by IOANNIS PASSALIDIS, sole trader trading as JAMP Web Solutions (NIF Z5585289C, Calle Monte de Piedad 5, 18010 Granada, Spain, info@jamp.gr), referred to as “JAMP”, “we” or “us”. Custom development, hosting and Google Ads management services are governed by a separate written offer or agreement; where that agreement is silent, these terms apply.
1. Purchase
Our software is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, processes the payment, issues the receipt and handles VAT/sales tax. The checkout terms of Lemon Squeezy also apply to the payment. The licence, the software, the updates and the support are provided by JAMP.
2. What you get with a licence
A licence gives you, for the period you have paid for: – access to updates of the product, – support by email or through our help desk, – access to our online services that the product uses (for example the licence and update service, and the “Connect with Google/Meta/TikTok” service where available),
for the number of sites included in your plan. A “site” is one production installation (one domain). Staging and development copies of the same site are allowed and do not count, as long as they are not publicly used for sales.
3. Software licence
- WordPress plugins: the PHP code is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. Your GPL rights are not limited by these terms. The licence key, the updates, the support and the online services are a separate service and are governed by these terms.
- Other platforms (OpenCart, PrestaShop and others): unless the product states otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the product on the number of sites of your plan. You may modify it for your own use, but you may not resell or redistribute it.
- Images, documentation and other non-code assets remain the property of JAMP.
4. Subscriptions and renewals
- Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
- If a licence is not renewed, the plugin keeps working with the last version you installed, but updates, support and online services stop.
- Lifetime licences, where offered, include updates and support for as long as the product is maintained by JAMP.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a renewal at a new price.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep a backup of your website before installing or updating any software.
- Use the products in compliance with the law and with the terms of the platforms you connect (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, payment providers and others), including privacy and consent rules for your own customers.
- Do not share licence keys outside your organisation, and do not attempt to bypass licence checks or overload our services.
- When you connect accounts or send customer data through our services, you are the controller of that data and you confirm that you have a legal basis for it. Our Data Processing Agreement applies.
7. Third-party platforms
Our products work with services of third parties (WordPress, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Google, Meta, TikTok and others). These services can change their APIs, policies or prices at any time. We will do our best to adapt the products, but we are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions of third parties, including suspension of your advertising accounts.
8. Support
Support is provided in English, Spanish and Greek, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET, excluding Spanish public holidays. We aim to reply within one business day for early-access customers and two business days for other customers. Do not send passwords, tokens or full licence keys in support messages.
9. Availability of online services
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our plugins are designed to continue working if our servers are temporarily unavailable.
10. Warranty and liability
- The software is provided “as is”. We fix reproducible defects within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every specific need.
- For business customers: our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost sales or loss of data.
- For consumers: nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you buy or renew. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
12. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For business customers, the courts of Granada (Spain) have jurisdiction. Consumers can bring claims in the courts of their place of residence. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution information is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
