14-day money-back guarantee
If a product does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase of that product and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, although we appreciate it.
- Write to info@jamp.gr with your order number, or use the refund link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- After the refund, the licence key is deactivated.
Renewals
Automatic annual renewals can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date and have not used the licence for a new site since the renewal.
Consumers in the EU
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends when the download starts, if you gave your express consent at checkout. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.
When we may refuse a refund
- Repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
- Evidence of abuse of the licence (for example, sharing the key or use on more sites than purchased).
In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
